This 1699 sq. ft. villa is just steps to the beautiful resort pool, fitness center and tennis courts. You can walk to the Waikoloa beach golf course in 5 minutes and it’s a 10 minute walk to the Waikoloa Hilton to visit the dolphins. Gorgeous white sand beaches nearby. The living room include a 55” Smart TV and Blue-ray/DVD player. There is cable television with premium channels, and high speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots & pans and also includes a Keurig, regular coffee maker, rice cooker, waffle maker, juicer and blender. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Each bedroom has a TV. Bedroom 1 is a master en-suite with a king bed and large private bathroom; a queen size bed in bedroom 2, and 2 twins in bedroom 3. There is an additional full bath and washer/dryer in the hall upstairs as well. There is a half bath on the main floor. We have beach equipment for your use (masks and snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers) Please let us know if you need baby gear; we have a high chair, pack n play and baby gate. It has a beautiful white sand beach and is good for swimming. Manini’owali Beach (Kua Bay) is 14.8 miles to the south, and is also great for swimming and wave bobbing. The Queen's Marketplace is 1 mile away and has shops, food, a theater and grocery. The Kings Shops are across the street from the Queen's Marketplace and have more shops and restaurants. The Hilton Waikoloa is less than a mile away and offers a great experience with the dolphins as well as several restaurants. There are several walking paths around the Waikoloa Resort area. The quoted price includes the 17.96% Hawaii occupany tax that all rental properties must charge, as well as a cleaning fee.
