The property is set up like a duplex. There are two units on the main floor. My husband and I live on side “A”, and we rent side “B” to our guests. Both sides are separate, fully functional living spaces that only share one wall. The rental is listed as a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. The ground floor of the property is common space where you can enjoy the island breeze, relax and listen to music, lounge on swings, sit around a table with family or friends, grill lunch or dinner, or boil fresh seafood. A short walk away from the warm gulf waters. Public access to the beach is 200 yards away from the property, directly across the street. The bay is 100 yards in the other direction and has some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever experience.
