Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. There is an incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. Sunny views abound. The house boasts a bright wood interior with a cozy feel. It has two and a half baths. There is a first floor queen bedroom with cathedral ceiling, and on the 2nd floor another queen room and a twin room-2 single beds.The adjacent lake teams with wildlife, seasonal weeds do grow. Contact us for conditions. The space This beautiful property offers a bright, wood filled interior with beautiful scenic views teaming with wildlife! The first floor boasts a beautiful full service kitchen with radiant flooring, a full bath with jacuzzi tub, dual sinks and a shower. Also on this level is a newly renovated master bedroom suite with a cathedral ceiling, another shower and bathroom area which has direct access to outside. This main floor also has a Living room with lake views and a screened in porch which offers visions of wildlife and cool comfort on hot sunny days. The staircase to the second floor leads to 1/2 bath, one queen bedroom with more pretty sights, and a twin room with two single beds. The property is in a peaceful, secluded setting with surprisingly close proximity to many of The Berkshires varied attractions! The cozy comfort of the house is embedded in nature and abuts a lake which does grow seasonal weeds in the summer (reach out for conditions.) Guests have been amazed by the variety of birds at rest or flying through. Many a deer has been known to wander through and turtles have often been spotted lazily floating on the water. Guest access The entire home is available for the guests. There is a digital lock for easy access. Other things to note Please respect our septic system by using only organic matter. Well behaved pets are welcomed but we ask that they be dry, pest free and created when left alone.
