Enjoy roaming around our 17,000+ lot surrounded by tropical garden with banana trees, mango and avocado trees. At sunset when golfers have left, take a short walk along the golf course path right outside our back lawn to a stunning location with views of an Ocean cliff. ➳ NEARBY BEACHES The closest beach is Sealodge Beach. It's a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Our home is also just a short drive to the world famous beaches of the North Shore: Hanalei Bay Beach, Queen's Bath, Anini, Hideaways. ➳ SURFING If you are a surfer, you'll be happy to know that Kauai's best surfing spot (The Bowl) is close-by. ➳ FEATURES AND AMENITIES A/C: We have A/C in every bedroom and in the living room. Portable fans, ceiling fans, A/C should make your stay feel more breezy during hot days. Summer in the late afternoons can be very warm though~ It is Hawaii after all ;) BEACH GEAR: We have gear for you to take to the beach (towels, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, hiking shoes). HIGH SPEED INTERNET: We have a work from home setup with High Speed Internet if you are looking for a place to work remotely in Paradise. CHILDREN: We have tons of gear that makes traveling with small children just a little bit easer: pack-n-play, a high chair, lots of toys and kids books from Hawaiian authors! LANAI: Our lanai has views to our tropical garden. The dining area opens onto a small lanai overlooking the golf, has lots of windows and is filled with light making you feel as though your are dining outside. ➳ STYLE AND LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE Our house has a "modern surf and beach house" style with vaulted ceilings and soaring picture windows provide unparalleled views of the Makai golf course, mountains and waterfalls. A beautiful stained glass inset in your front door greets you as you arrive home. The main level on the second floor, has two bedrooms and a full bath which contains a vanity with dual sinks and a Samsung washer and dryer. The fully stalked kitchen, spacious living room are also on the main level. The master bedroom on the third floor is oversized and has greenbelt views, a huge Jacuzzi like jetted tub, walk in shower and a large two sink vanity in the master bath. There's an additional bedroom just inside the entry with a king bed on the first floor. Sunlight fills the house no matter where you are. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: DOES THE HOUSE HAVE STAIRS ? Please note that we have two sets of stairs: At the entrance which take you up to the main level and a set of stairs on the main level which take you up to the master bedroom. We will install baby gates upon request. WHAT RULES AND POLICIES SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT ? Before deciding to stay with us please note that you are agreeing to the following policies: - Bugs: Hawaii is a warm tropical island, and insects are common. We treat the house regularly, and encourage our guests to keep food sealed or in the refrigerator, and empty the trash daily. Upon request, we can provide additional spraying. Insects are an unavoidable part of the environment, so we do not offer refunds or relocations because of the presence of insects. - Parties, events and receptions are strictly prohibited. - No Smoking - Check in time: 4pm - Check out time: 9:30am (or later upon request and if there are no back to back bookings). Guest access You can park about three cars on our driveway. Other things to note Weather on Kauai is unpredictable. Inclement natural conditions shall not serve to alter or cancel Guest’s obligations under this Agreement UNLESS: 
 • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: • Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 
 • Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted;
