There is a four plex located on the property as well. I live in one of the units. There is a large grass area with a trampoline available. We are at a comfortable altitude above Kailua-Kona, generally 10 to 15 degrees cooler than town. It is a quick 15 minute drive to the airport and about ten minutes to town. Costco and grocery stores are a short 10 minute drive, a car is recommended for your stay. We have a “big field” that’s great for sunset or sun bathing. Farm setting with horses, sheep, chickens and beautiful birds. Lovely ocean view. Perfect for couples or families. Historic Holualoa is 4 miles north of the property. Full of art galleries. Close to all west side beaches. Only 15 minutes to the airport. A car is a must. Plenty of free parking.
