Also NO RESORT FEEs! Condo comes with full kitchen amenities: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots & pans, and utensils. Complex has communal pool and shared washer/dryers. Wash is $1.75/Dry is $1.25 in quarters. Perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family!
