This unit is a 2BR/2BA apartment right by the Atlantic Ocean. Our home is just steps from the boardwalk/beach for easy accessible fun! You will get an ocean view right from the front door. Great for family/weekend trips to the AC beach, Tanger Outlets, and casinos! The main casinos are about a 10-15 minute walk away, but are also easily accessible by other means. We are located right next to Ocean Resort in a quiet area. We are also steps away from the famous Tony Boloney’s! Must be 25+ to book. The space This unit is located steps from Ocean Resort and to boardwalk/beach. Enjoy this hidden gem with easy access to Ocean Resort Beach. We have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. There is a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances (which include a Keurig, but please bring your own K-cups!), and a spacious living room with an extra futon/sofa bed added for guests.. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, bathroom, and closet/drawer space. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and closet/storage space. Wi-Fi/high speed internet and Smart TV is provided for our guests for maximum comfort and relaxation (guests will use their own streaming service login). Guest access Guests have access to the entire floor’s unit. Our unit is self check-in. A lock code for the keys will be provided a day before your trip. Please do not lose the keys; there will be a $50 fee if the keys were to be lost or damaged. Other things to note The unit is located on the 1st floor, so there will be a private entrance on the side of the building. This unit is handicap accessible since there are no stairs leading up to the unit or in the unit. Another thing to keep in mind, our unit, being so close to the ocean and also having been through extreme climates, including Hurricane Sandy, will have a weathered exterior and may not look as appealing at first glance. Please keep in mind that this should not affect your stay or the interior’s quality whatsoever. While we may not have full control over how the building and area around it looks, our unit’s interior is as pictured and will have everything you need for a perfect getaway! The AC unit is inside the unit, therefore it can be loud and runs quite often should you choose to keep your stay at a brisk temperature. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to reduce the noise without fully turning it off (which is not recommended at all). Please treat our home with the respect you would for your own. A lot of time, effort, and care has gone into making this a beautiful place for guests to stay. If you have any issues, please contact us immediately and we will get it resolved as soon as possible.
