Hi, WELCOME to our LINDEN CITY RETREAT Airbnb! This is a gorgeous recently renovated second floor apartment that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all city life has to offer. The second floor apartment is located just 30 minutes by train from New York City, where you experience the BIG APPLE full of delicious restaurants, many museums and amazing shopping. A short drive away we also have the Watchung Reservation, here you can take advantage of the best nature has to offer, hiking trials, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking. Not to mention the nearest beach is just a short 30 minute drive away. Here you can enjoy all the great things the Jersey shore has to offer like the boardwalks, aquarium and some amazing restaurants The entire 2nd floor apartment is yours! Our apartment was designed to feel cozy and warm for all of our guest. You will find a full kitchen ready for you to prepare some home cooked meals, two bedrooms and one bathroom. A lot of heart has gone into creating this space and the hope is every new guest will get to enjoy the space as if they were the first! Other things to note: - There is a smart TV in the main living space and in each bedroom for internet use or streaming (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc) purposes. -The plumbing is sensitive so please do not flush anything in the toilet, instead use the garbage can provided. -To keep our home clean we ask that your shoes are left at the door. -Plenty of street parking is available. -No parties or events allowed. -Smoking is prohibited on the property. -No loud music allowed. Please keep loud noises minimal after 9pm as bottom floor is a residential unit. -Access to the washer and dryer machine cost $50 per stay and if needed must be added to your reservation before arriving. You must provide your own detergent and softener. -For the safety and security of our guests and the property, this home has security camera located at the entrances. -Checkout for all guest unless otherwise discussed with us prior to your arrival is 11am. This is ensure that every guest can experience our airbnb as clean and tidy as you have. If you have not left the airbnb by 11am you will be charged a late fee of $50.00. We are here to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. We pride ourselves on always being available via airbnb messenger or phone! Of course, we leave the level of interaction up to our guest and their discretion. Just please know if you need us, we are here and ready to help 😊 15 minutes away from EWR via train or car - Newark International Airport. 🚊 🚙 5 minutes away from Linden Train Station - it takes 30 minutes to get to NYC! Super easy and short commute :) if you prefer to drive its a 30-45 minute ride and Uber and Lyft are always available in the area. 15 minutes away from Watchung Reservation. 🏕 30 minutes to the neart Jersey Shore Beach 🏖 10 minutes away from Woodbridge Mall, 15 minutes from Menlo park Mall and 20 minutes away from Jersey Gardens Mall - biggest mall in NJ. 🛍 AND we have plenty of food options within walking distance - Starbucks, Checkers, McDonalds, Applesbees, Chick-fila-A and much more!!! 🍟☕️🍕 NOT TO MENTION we have a huge Super Walmart less then a 2 minute walk from the airbnb for any last minute essential buys 🛒 We have the right to cancel any reservation without refund where children under the age of 18 years old are left unsupervised/alone by an adult/guardian in our airbnb. AC window unit is available during the summer months. Usually removed in the Fall/Winter months when temperature lowers.
