We have a single bedroom with a fenced in lanai and yard. Private entrance with parking. 5 minutes from airport. 10 minutes from kailua-kona. Easy going for vacationers looking for something to rest their head while exploring the big island. Yard is full fruits and macnuts in a fenced in yard from your lanai access. There is queen bed furnished fridge microwave and bbq. Also wifi and utilities included. Laundry is on site. All amemities included such as toilet paper, paper towel, sponge, dish soap trash bags ,shampoo,soap, laundry soap and towels. Kitchen is fully loaded with utensils, cook ware and seasonings. This room has it's own fridge, microwave, bbq and sink.It is located downstairs of my house. I have a family of 3 that lives upstairs and 3 dogs that is on property. Share bath and kitchen with another person that works full time. There is a grocery store that is about 7 streets up about 3 minutes away. Beaches are close by as well. Elevation makes it nice and cool compared to the lower parts. If there are special requests such as ac, or breakfast groceries those can be arranged with a separate fee.
