Enjoy a private indoor-outdoor paradise just minutes from the French Quarter and Garden District. The house features an expansive backyard complete with a year-round heated pool and hot tub, indoor/outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen, tiki bar, and a lush garden filled with tropical plants. Inside, you'll find a spacious double height living and dining room, a 85" HDTV, and custom built dining table that seats 10 people. 22-CSTR-06415; 22-OSTR-20529 The space The house has 5 bedrooms, an office, 4 bathrooms, and multiple outdoor spaces. There is also private gated parking for one car next to the house and plenty of free on-street parking for additional cars. Other things to note As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool/hot tub are within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only. Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke. Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.
