Comfy Kihei Condo for easy access to all Maui!

Second Floor Condo with open concept Loft. Casual beachy feel with vaulted ceilings throughout. Located in a small, quiet resort community right across the street from the beach and protected Fish Pond swimming area. Our condo is great for families, with older kids. There are many restaurants, groceries and shopping nearby. Centrally located to all that Maui has to offer with the OGG Airport only 20 minutes away. Please note: All guests must be Identity Verified prior to requests. The space Our 2nd floor condo features the openness of vaulted ceilings, a 2 story living room and private loft. We hope you will enjoy our casual beachy style as a comfortable landing spot for all your Maui adventures. Guest access Guests can access all public areas of the condo including key access to the gated pool/hot tub area and BBQ/Picnic area (look for our BBQ utensils and picnic table/seat covers in the laundry closet). Condo entry access is a custom keyless door code. Other things to note Identity Verification Required… We only accept Identity Verified guest requests. Who we are… We are not a rental company. We are a family, and this condo is set up for our family. This is our happy place…and we hope that it will be yours too. We live full time in Minnesota but work hard to get back to Maui as often as possible, and hope to retire in Maui someday. We love our little slice of paradise and would like your stay to feel like you are staying a friend’s beach house. That being said, we realize it’s not perfect. We are making improvements and adding little extra’s as we can afford to do so, and really do appreciate your feedback on what’s working with our set-up and what’s not. What you should expect is an exceptionally clean place, with all the things you would want for a great Maui Vacation! We have all the things… -Lots of extra blankets and pillows and towels. (Please wash and return whatever you use) -Hats and mittens for trips to Haleakala. -Lots of beach gear; chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon. (It makes the Lanai a little crowded but worth it once you are on the beach:) -Fully stocked kitchen with crock pots, pan choices and most common tools utensils. -barrow drawer with extra hygiene products, first aid product and blow dryer, curling iron and flat iron. -barrow pantry with oils and spices -starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, and toiletries. We try to keep all these offerings available but cannot guarantee that it’s all perfect. If you find that something needs to be refilled, replaced or attention, please let me know! Island Critters… Please be aware that critters and wildlife are a reality of the island. This includes cute little geckos and disgusting roaches that are a part of Maui environment. Our condo is professionally inspected and treated every 6 weeks, but unfortunately the big guys (large outdoor roaches over 3/4”) sometimes sneak in. If this happens please take a picture of te bug and where you found it, kill it if it’s alive and let me know asap! We need to know what we are dealing with so documentation is key! Please help keep pests out by keeping the screen doors closed, and never bring retail storage boxes (like from Costco) into the condo. We have many reusable grocery bags you can barrow. We also recommend that you not leave luggage by bushes! Roosters can also be an annoying early morning pest. There is not much we can do for this, but I do recommend: Closing windows and curtains, leaving the AC on low eco mode with a constant fan (so it doesn’t click on and off) …and maybe ear plugs:) Registration Details 390011360052, TA-117-990-0416-01
