The condo features 1,324 square feet of spacious living area, with quality furnishings throughout. HBR charges a one time $50 check in fee plus $25 per night resort fee and $20 parking per night. This is paid directly to the front desk at check in. The space This space is perfect. Sits at the edge of the resort with a large grass area in front of the unit. The lower pool is only a few steps away which has BBQ grills, tables, chairs etc. You will find everything you need in our unit. We do everything possible to keep the jungle critters away. Quarterly pest control on the exterior of the building and monthly spraying on the interior. Please take your trash out each night and do not leave food out or open durning the day and at night.
