In order to keep our prices fair for all guests, our pricing is based on the number of guests in your group. Base price is for the first 2 guests. The cost for each additional guest over 2 is $10 per night. Bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 people. OUTDOORS: Rental outdoor space includes a large private back porch with outdoor furniture and large wooden swing. Enjoy morning coffee or breakfast on the back porch while listening to the beautiful sounds of birds all around you. Or wind down on the back patio in the evenings with your beverage of choice while the tree frogs, crickets and cicadas lull you into a relaxed state of peace. Outdoor games include cornhole and giant Jenga. Relax and picnic by the pond, and enjoy feeding the pond fish and turtles (fish/turtle food available at no charge.) Fishing is prohibited.
