Sometimes the towels might have blotches ( I.e bleach stains, burn marks, or tears.) furthermore our Housekeeping does their best to make sure that there are no hairs in the towels, if a hair is left behind, it's from the Housekeeping staff. We strive for this that never happen. If you are not satisfied with our linens please let us know, and we will swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the proper number of guests as linens are prepared for the number of guests. We have exterior surveillance cameras for your safety and the protection of the property. Cameras record sound and video. There are Minut sound monitoring systems in the living room of the apartment to prevent parties and gatherings and enforce quiet hours.
