The lower level has a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a full bath, a cozy living area with comfy couch, bean bag chairs, Apple TV, and Wii Game System. The main level has the primary bedroom with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and an en suite full bath. Outside is a private deck with a new Weber grill and an 8-person outdoor table. Inside is open plan with a fireplace, cozy lounge area, and a 6-8 person dining table. The main level is also equipped with 2 Sonos speakers for your listening pleasure. Another full bath and the laundry room are located on this level. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end cookware and utensils, a new dishwasher and a breakfast bar. The 3rd level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a king size bed. The other with 2 twin beds. The townhouse is fully air conditioned to keep guests cool and comfortable. The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay. There are new bed linens and towels throughout.
