Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Ideal for up to 5 people, this apartment is located on the second floor of a two-unit building. It has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, living room and a kitchen with a dining table. It has a nice fully fenced yard and a driveway with space to park up to 4 cars. The apartment is fully furnished and has wi-fi and laundry. Located on a cute cul-de-sac from a nice neighborhood just 1/2 mile from the beach and 50 minute drive to Boston. The main bedroom is located in the attic so there is an extra flight of stairs to get there, and the laundry is in the basement. There is a central heat system for the winter and window AC units for the summer. The attic bedroom has a mini-split AC/heater system. FYI there is another apartment occupied by other tenants on the floor below and there may be ambient noise that travel through the walls (both ways). Guest access The main access is from the front of the house, there is an entrance hall and a set of stairs to go to the second floor. There is also an outdoor deck in the back of the apartment with patio chairs and a grill for our guests to enjoy. A fire pit and picnic table are ready to use in the back yard. Other things to note This is a Smoke-Free / Pet-Free property. We will charge a $250 Cleaning Fee for any violations to this rule.
