Swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing, or going on a tour on one of the glass bottom boats is all close by for a perfect tropical vacation. Enter through the double doors to a comfortable living room with seating around a 70" Smart HDTV and access to a wrap around lanai. Enjoy outdoor cookouts on the BBQ grill out on the lanai overlooking the golf course. The large kitchen is well equipped with upgraded appliances to make homemade meals. NO WIFI at this property This is a single story villa so you won't have to worry about carrying your luggage up any stairs. Each room ensures privacy and is the perfect getaway for friends and family looking to relax and explore the Hawaiian island! Air-conditioning in the condo: The A/C is set to come on only when the temperature in the condo exceeds 75F. The A/C is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. Air-conditioning in the condo: We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 76F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer. The AC is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the AC. To turn the AC on, simply turn the nest dial to adjust the temperature setting.
