Charming 19th Century Farmhouse.

I rent my home for short term (3-6 month) stays for the traveling healthcare industry. The 2 bedrooms available have a shared bath. It’s a spacious 4 bedroom, Captain's house built 1856 that has plenty of quiet areas to relax in, including a sunroom. The house sits on 2 acres and only 1 mile from the ocean with a sidewalk that stretches the entire way for bike riding & walking. The property has other buildings on it for family. Plenty of vegetable and herbs to pick from our garden. The space The farmhouse is equipped with TV's, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and streaming services and is decorated in an eclectic shabby chic décor. All bedrooms are furnished with towels, high-thread cotton linens, blow dryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and mouthwash, etc. when you first move in. The farmhouse has lush, comfortable furnishings, original wood floors and charming eclectic décor with antiques from around the world. Outside is graced with flowering bushes and trees, Wisteria vines, vegetable & herb gardens that creates a peaceful sanctuary. A 1/2 acre of the property is designated for yard games such as; Badminton, Croquet, Horseshoes, Bocce Ball, and Ping Pong, Archery set and Paint Ball. You can either play them in the back field by the gardens or on the side lawn. Easy access to the Highway and other surrounding Cape Cod towns, including the Kennedy Compound and our famous Hyannis Port Village. Nantucket & Martha’s Vineyard, only a ferry ride away. Guest access Enter from the middle door which leads directly to the breakfast nook and kitchen. There is plenty of parking available as well. The code is 1965 on the door lock. Other things to note Our next-door neighbor who abuts the driveway has two dogs that like to say a lot. They are totally enclosed and cannot come onto our property if anyone is afraid of dogs.
