If you are headed to any ISU events you will be thrilled with the ability to walk to Jack Trice and Hilton in about 10 minutes. Cy Ride bus stop 1 min walk, Hilton and Jack Trice 10 min walk. Laundry access will be provided to guest able to navigate steep stairs and staying 4+ nights. Garage access is not included in rental. There is room on the driveway for one vehicle. On street parking is available but very difficult to obtain on game days. 24/7 Ring video surveillance audio and video in use on the exterior of the home at the front and back entrance.
