The house is outfitted with new 2023 kitchen appliances as well as a new washer and dryer. Enjoy a brand new outdoor shower and backyard patio. Beautiful neighborhood to walk, bike, or scooter. Minutes walk to Upper Mill Pond to swim, fish, paddleboard, kayak, and hike. We have an inflatable kayak and paddle board available for use. Lots of beach chairs, beach toys, buckets and shovels, boogie boards, at least 2 adult bikes as well as a bike trailer to haul kids or beach equipment. We are 5 minutes from Paine's Creek Beach and all that Brewster has to offer! A short drive to Ocean Edge Resort, Kate's Seafood, Brewster General Store, Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters, Eat Cake 4 Breakfast, and numerous downtown Brewster restaurants. Second Floor: 2 large Bedrooms: (1) Bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and a large closet (2) bedroom with 2 full-size beds.
