Private boat slip & 2 kayaks available. You enter thru a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. To the left is the hallway to the 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. To the right is the living room with large TV. All bedrooms have Smart TVs & Peacock Streaming Service. The upper deck has a table & chairs. Downstairs is a 1/2 bath (not climate controlled) washer/dryer, patio dining set, TV, swing & rockers and charcoal BBQ The space The home can sleep 8-10 people. We have 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. There is a single size daybed with a single pill out trundle bed in the living room. We have a comfortable, raised platform double air mattress that can be used in the large living room. You must request use of the air bed prior to check in. The living room can be closed off from the rest of the house with 2 sliding glass doors. Other things to note Children are welcome but we want you to know it is not child friendly. The property is located on the water and has a private boat slip under the home. There are no railings around the boat slip as they would interfere with boat docking. There are 4 battery operated security cameras downstairs with motion detection lights. These cameras are not monitored but footage can be reviewed if needed at a later date.
