This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. All new appliances Jan 2023. The space The home was built in the 50s and I’m the second owner. When we were updating the home and transforming it into a rental, we really wanted to keep the vintage vibe. I would describe the vibe as super cozy and comfortable. Some people say it’s like going to visit their grandparents home. The backyard is fully fenced. Other things to note This home does not have a dishwasher.
