Cuddle up with soft, fuzzy blankets and pillows to your favorite movies with the wall mounted speakers, dependable and fast Wi-Fi. Interact with and enjoy your Ohana while they prepare delicious homemade meals in the kitchen equipped with everything needed. The granite counter tops, double kitchen faucet head with sprayer and whisper quiet cabinets throughout are brand new. Don’t like washing those dishes? We have a dishwasher! The oversized carpeted master suite also has AC and is the length of the entire side of the house. Get some work done at the workstation while sitting in a comfortable office chair, take a nap after a morning of hiking waterfalls on the couch that also pulls out to a queen bed. Set your luggage on the luggage racks, walk into your closet to unpack and set things on your shelving. Master bathroom boasts a large walk-in marble shower with two rainfall heads. Sleep in a cloud and sink into your luxury King size bed with soft, warm linens and comfortable pillows. Enjoy utilizing the iron, ironing board, full-length mirror, vacuum, pack-n-play, blow dryer, and Samsung washer and dryer. Did I mention the gorgeous views of Mauna Kea?! On the other side of the house from the master suite or two bedrooms, one has a Queen size bed, the other has two twin beds, both have large dressers with authentic tribal art, industrial fixtures, a sitting chair, luggage rack, closet, adjustable ceiling fan and room darkening curtains. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom with plenty of storage with all new everything, tasteful décor and lots of storage. There are board games, maps, brochures, magazines, and more to help you with trip planning and playing games with each other. GUESTS WHO BOOK AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW (as per Hawaii County STVR Laws): (a) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. (b) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. (c) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area. (d) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, fenced in portion of the property, and have the convenience of a self check-in. We will send you your gate and door codes that will be active for your reservation duration. The gate and front door auto-locks behind you. Make sure to see important details of your reservation under “check-in”. We provide limited beach gear (umbrellas, cooler, chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc.) (when available) that we are happy to share with you. Please return them to us in the same condition that you found them, clean, damage free, dry (to prevent mold) and put back in their homes. Fees may be assessed if found damaged or missing. Other things to note Please turn the fan on in the bathroom when you are using the shower or bath. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed on property. Fines do apply. Please keep all foods at the table or counter in the kitchen and refrain from eating and drinking on the furniture and in the beds. If you spill anything that we need to use special cleaning products on or take special care of, please let us know as soon as possible. Upon booking this unit, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makai Rentals, LLC, and the property Owners, its officers, agents, employees, and servants from all claims, suits, or actions of every name, kind, and description, brought for, or on account of: (A) injuries to or death of any person, or (B) damage to any property of any kind whatsoever and to whomsoever belonging, (C) any sanctions, penalties, or claims of damages resulting from guest's failure to comply with the house rules, host/manager directions, local laws, or (D) any other loss or cost, including but not limited to that caused by the concurrent active or passive negligence of Manager or Owner and its officers, agents, employees, or servants, resulting from the performance of any work, maintenance or other involvement required to maintain safe and comfortable rental unit.
