The home has a well equipped kitchen, living room, lanai with BBQ, full laundry room and a delightful outdoor shower. The living/dining/kitchen area is air conditioned (as of July 2021) and ceiling fans in every room deliver cool breezes. This is a great family place; very comfortable, private and relaxing. BEDS: The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and garden access. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have two twin beds. Twin beds may be reconfigured as king beds with advance notice; $30 one-time charge to reconfigure beds if requested with reservation; $75 thereafter.
