16P - Hawaiian Princess - Plumaria Paradise
16P - Legal Penthouse end unit at the Hawaiian Princess - best view on west Oahu
Legal - Hawaiian Princess 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath end unit penthouse. There is no better ocean view on the westside of the island than from the lanai of this condo. Watch turtles, dolphins and in the winter, whales from this amazing view. Feel free to message me (scroll to the bottom) if you cannot find availability on the calendar. I have other listings on island that may be available NOTE: This building is undergoing painting on the walkways away from the ocean side of the building. It will last until mid-May. Most work will involve very little noise. Nothing should interfere with the enjoyment of the spectacular ocean view from the lanai. This condo has a full kitchen, living room with a comfortable memory foam sofa sleeper, fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean, dine on the lanai and watch incredible sunsets, turtles, dolphins and in the winter whales. Make memories that will last a life time. You will have access to the entire condo, lanai and to the community areas including pool, hottub, picnic area and community room. There are two gates to the beach, one of the best on the island. There is also gated, secure and best of all, free parking. We know that guests like their space and are looking for privacy. We also know that if help is needed there will be someone there to assist. We live just a five minute drive from the Princess so if you need anything, we are just a phone call away. This area is away from the crowds. There are a few restaurants nearby, but it is not a tourist destination. Also, Oahu has a big homeless population with many choosing to stay on the beaches. Generally they are not found on our beach and they rarely approach visitors, but if that bothers you, you should probably find another destination. This part of the island is a mixture of socio-economic backgrounds. We have multimillion dollar homes mixed with lower income housing and unfortunately, some homeless camps. There are camps on the west side because of the great weather, but there are homeless all over the island, especially in the big city. The average price of a home is well over a million dollars here. That prices a lot of people out of paradise. That being said, you are much more likely to be a victim of a crime in Waikiki or at a tourist destination than you would be at the Hawaiian Princess. We are a gated and secure building. Most people leave their lanai doors open 24/7 to let the breeze come in and to hear the sights and sounds of the ocean. Just as an FYI, we live in the area, and we have never had an incident related to the homeless, except maybe someone holding a sign looking for a meal or a couple of dollars.
