Enjoy easy access through the main entrance with plenty of room to drop your bags off early if necessary. 3RD FLOOR LIVING ROOM Bewitch yourself in this cozy space, featuring a 55' Roku Smart TV with various streaming services. Sink into the couch or armchair which promises comfort, while accompanied by a tasteful coffee table that adds functionality. KITCHEN Catering to all of your culinary needs, my kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances such as an electric stove, fridge+freezer, microwave, crock pot, pressure cooker, air fryer, spice rack, and coffee bar, as well as all of the cookware essentials. Whether you are an amateur or professional chef, my collection of spices will surely spice up any dish you decide to create. MASTER BEDROOM Unwind in this stunning haven, boasting an extremely comfortable king bed, stand-up mirror, closet, black-out curtains, and ample space to make you feel at home. GUEST BEDROOM Revitalize yourself in my fresh and cozy bedroom complete with a full-size mirror, closet, workstation, and a queen bed that promises a soothing night's sleep. FRONT HALL Complete with a workstation, a handy printer/scanner, a yoga mat, shoe racks, and a bookshelf with plenty of books to enjoy during your stay. This unit is accessible by the front entrance staircase and is equipped with Yale Smart code locks for easy access. Both the front and rear staircases are shared by all 3 units. Street parking is available on the surrounding streets (Andrew and Briggs St).
