The unit is located in a house on Commercial St’s bay side with blissful views of sunrises and magic hour. The space The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a main space which features a kitchen, dining room with a drop leaf table where four people can eat comfortably, a living room with a pull out queen sofa bed, a private deck with lounge chairs, a bedroom with queen size bed, window AC & a small desk where you can work from, and there is also a bathroom with a shower. In the summer, turn on the fans, open the bay windows and deck door and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy the gorgeous views of the water during magic hour in this unit while sipping a drink inside or on the deck! There is a comfortable queen sleeper in the living room which offers a second sleeping space. The windows and deck doors have blinds and linens will be provided upon request. Other things to note Parking: there is no dedicated parking but you can park on Commercial street and pay via an app. You can also go park at a lot further down on Commercial St across from Law St, less than a minute away. There a few free spots on Bradford St as well which is parallel to Commercial St. Please note that there are stairs to get to the 2nd floor unit, no elevators. Please note we have a pet fee of $150 per stay for short term stays, and $150 per pet per month for long term stays. Unfortunately, we do not accept cats. Unfortunately our place is not child safe or baby safe. You can get your laundry and/or a cleaning done for an additional fee. The outdoor umbrella has night lights! Enjoy a dinner or conversation outside on the deck at night with some discrete lighting.
