This beautiful, cozy and brand new home is located centrally in Middletown, NJ with ample closet space and a smart TV in 3 of the bedrooms + living room. It is less than a mile from Ideal Beach and a 10 minute drive to Sandy Hook and 5 minute drive to Keansburg Amusement Park. You can get to NYC in about 1 hour by bus, train, or ferry which is all within 5 minutes away. Newly added Life Size Jenga, Connect Four + Cornhole!! This beautiful home was just newly built in Middletown, New Jersey. You will have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is brand new. You will also be able to use the kitchen, living room and outdoor patio area. Each room has multiple pillows, closet with hangers, closet space for shoes, and a night stand. There is also a brand new washer + dryer that you are welcome to use. Clean towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied. Guests will have access to WiFi, living room with Smart TV which includes Samsung Wifi channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, outdoor patio. The iron with iron board is in the laundry room closet If you want to use the fire pit or grill please make sure to bring your own charcoal or wood. Train + Ferry are both 5 minutes away. *Must provide names of all guests staying in the home + Driver’s License of each guest over the age of 18 within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise booking will not be accommodated. *The front and back of the house are monitored by Ring. *There are no guests allowed at anytime unless they are registered. *You will only be charged the cleaning fee one time. Everything is cleaned before you check in + after you check out. *If the house requires additional cleaning and is left very dirty there will be an additional cleaning fee added on. Ex: dishes in the sink, garbage + recycle not taken out, stains on the furniture, sheets or blankets that do not come out, etc. *You will be charged for any damages to the home. There is a full inspection done prior to move in + after move out.
