Located just 12 miles from West Glacier! Featuring breathtaking views of the MIddle Fork of the Flathead River, this adorable 1000 sq. ft. log cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms will surely be the place you want to call home when visiting Glacier National Park or other top destinations in the Flathead Valley. The space The cabin was built by the Amish just a few years ago and is very well stocked and clean. You will enjoy the views and quiet ambience from the covered front porch and yard complete with a firepit and picnic table. Other things to note The driveway to the home is fairly steep and windy, you will want a car with FWD or AWD during the summer and 4WD required November - April. There is a steep bank down to the river so views are amazing but no direct access to get to the water from here, several public access parking and beaches are located within a mile. Please be mindful of the steep bank if traveling with children. Please no fires in the inside fireplace, there is a mini split heating unit that provides both heat and air conditioning. You are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit as long as there are no fire restrictions in place, see details in the guidebook.
