Welcome to our beautifully updated and well-maintained property. It’s a rare find located in a secluded beach area, (South Seaside Park). Location, Location, Location… The cottage opened in 2023 and is fully updated and designed with comfort and efficiency in mind. We welcome you to come experience a vacation stay at the "White Sands Beach Cottage"; the location is simply a gem! Our property is steps away from both White Sands Beach and Barnegat Bay (1 block from each), which puts you in close proximity to the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We are walking distance to some of the best local restaurants, offering a wide pallet of culinary options and live entertainment, such as: Chef Mike’s Atlantic Bar and Grill, Bum Rogers, Berkley Cut, Island Beach Fish Company, Ebby’s, and Jerry’s Pizza and Subs. Our guests literally can arrive, park their car, and never move it again during their entire stay! Want a little more to do? We are also walking distance to the Seaside Park boardwalk, which connects to the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. The boardwalks continue for miles, and provide access to mini golf, water parks, arcades, and rides; as well as a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife. We have plenty of local aquatic attractions (i.e. boating, sailing, wind surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, crabbing, and fishing). One cannot forget to mention the very desirable Island Beach State Park. It is only 2 blocks away and is a 10-mile stretch of pristine beachfront, full of natural wildlife and walking / biking paths, just waiting to be explored. (Bring your own bike or rent one locally.) Want a change in scenery? Make White Sands Beach Cottage your home base and plan some day trips during your stay, (all within 45-90 minute drive), such as: Atlantic City, Point Pleasant Aquarium, Barnegat Bay Lighthouse, Smithville, Cape May, Six Flags Great Adventure, Laurita’s Winery, Lambertville, and New Hope, just to name a few. Visit other surrounding beach towns for an afternoon stroll, local shopping, boardwalks, or a stop for ice cream, (there are plenty of options within a 5–30-minute drive). This is a perfect location for anyone who wants to relax in the sun and enjoy a quiet evening in the neighborhood, yet close enough to bustling activities for families and adults looking for a more active vacation destination. Highlights: 2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom 2 Parking Spots / 4 Beach Badges / Outdoor Deck Our cottage is a townhouse style dwelling, which includes 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King-sized bed Bedroom 2: Two (2) Full-sized beds Living Room: Full sleeper pull out couch This provides for a comfortable stay for 4 persons (with a maximum of 6). It is equipped with a washer and dryer, kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, and an eating area for six (6), plus a living room and desk. Bed linens, towels and beach chairs are not provided and should be brought by the guests. In case this is a significant issue, kindly contact the host for alternate arrangements. The unit has a large common front deck area (shared with 1 other unit). Within the deck there is a designated area specifically for the cottage. There is a shared Weber BBQ on right side of the structure and a shared open rinsing area (to remove sand) on the left side of the structure. On the deck itself, there is a private outdoor eating area for 4-6 persons, as well as two (2) Adirondack chairs (perfect for watching the sunsets). These amenities are specifically for the guests of the White Sands Beach Cottage. The property is approximately 1,000 sq. feet and is ideal for a single family with 4-6 members, or a couple looking for ample space. While the property does have multiple sleeping spaces, we limit the maximum capacity to six (6) persons at all times. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, and this capacity is designed with that in mind. Parking for two (2) vehicles is designated in front of the property; one vehicle behind the other. If you have more than two vehicles, they must be parked elsewhere. We offer a shared 50 Amp / 240V / 14-50 Heavy-Duty Receptacle for Level 2 EV Charging.
