The Space: This modern mountain townhome affords over 1,000 sqft of livable space, can sleep up to six, and offers the guest exceptional privacy as there are no shared walls between townhomes. The open floor plan and expansive windows pull the outside into this unit giving it an open and airy feel. Unlike most Quarry units, this unit features electric blinds on the vaulted windows ensuring guests will have optimal lighting and privacy. This unit also features a large second-story patio that comes equipped with a pizza oven, plush outdoor furniture, outdoor patio heaters, a retractable awning, and an outdoor lounge table with a fireplace- perfect for making smores! The lower level features a great room that includes a fully stocked kitchen (equipped with a Jura Ena 8 Espresso Machine and brand new high-end bread maker) a breakfast bar, a living room centered around a cozy fireplace, and a spacious king bedroom with an en-suite bath. The living room sectional doubles as a pull-out queen sleeper which provides sleeping space for two additional guests.
