This opulent 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium is located on the top floor of Mauna Kea Resort's most coveted new properties, the Hapuna Beach Residences; boasting views of what was voted as one of the best beaches in the world. Relish in the balmy island breeze, with floor to ceiling glass doors in both the living room and primary suite, your space transforms with indoor and outdoor appeal. Outfitted with the most refined appliances, C54 has an expansive kitchen floor plan, flowing effortlessly into the dining and living spaces. With coastal, contemporary design elements, this property is a complete balance of inviting and sophisticated. Enjoy an evening with friends or family high above the palm trees. C54 has a beautifully crafted crescent shaped window in the living room where you can enjoy the scenery in seats for two. Your primary suite yields its own floor to ceiling glass pocket doors, in addition to a king bed, large flat screen TV, recessed closets, warm lighting, Lutron shades and an en suite bathroom. This master bathroom is your own haven for relaxation with a standalone bathtub, dual sinks and a Dornbracht marble shower. Guests in the second bedroom have a queen bed, their own TV and Lutron shades for the utmost peace and quiet. An ASKO washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away in the hallway closet. Other amenities include state of the art, keyless KEVO door entry; air conditioning throughout; Lutron adjustable lighting and close proximity to the world-class amenities at the Mauna Kea Resort. Guests of Hapuna Beach Residences C54 may purchase resort access for $120/day in 2024 (2025 rates have yet TBD & are subject to change) + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person), giving you unfettered access to all the amenities of BOTH the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort. Purchase of this privilege includes access to the hotel beaches & pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabana rentals, fitness center, discounted golf, access to Mauna Kea Seaside Tennis (court fees apply), and a personal charge account for dining and activities. ** Please note that the pool deck retiling at the Westin Hapuna Hotel has been postponed. We will keep you informed of a new start date as soon as we have it. Work hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. The pool work will be done in sections so the pool will remain open. Noise may be audible during certain phases of this project. Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections which may, at times, cause interruptions to golf, tennis and hotel services. Please contact the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel for more specific information about access during your travel dates. The renovation will be ongoing from April 2024 until the summer of 2025. The Westin Hapuna Hotel will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. South Kohala Management's resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm. We are available for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. TA-077-742-2336-01 / STVR-2022-000384 The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax on the rent and additional fees (which is INCLUDED in the price). Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
