The expansive living area is enhanced by high vaulted ceilings and wall-length glass sliders that invite in the tropical breezes and create a seamless connection to the outdoors. The top floor features a luxurious primary suite with a California king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, along with a convenient laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. One bedroom features a king-size bed, private outdoor lanai, and en-suite bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds, a private lanai, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All three bedrooms feature spacious walk-in closets, providing ample storage and comfort throughout the home for up to 8 people. The Villages is a gated community at the Mauna Lani Resort, one of the premier oceanfront resorts on the Big Island with 2 championship golf courses. Guests of the Villages enjoy complimentary access to the Amenity complex with a free-form tropical pool, exercise room and community clubhouse. The Shops at Mauna Lani is located next door to the Villages neighborhood, where a grocery, shopping and popular restaurants are only a short walk away. All guests will receive exclusive access to the private Beach Club, where a sandy beach, excellent snorkeling and ocean side dining at Napua Restaurant can be found. The Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course) are available for an additional fee and due at point of sale. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.
