Our ranch style home is decorated with farmhouse charm ,located on the edge of town. It is on Hwy 18, centrally located to several sites of interest in Fayette including Decorah, Luther College, Upper Iowa College, Clermont, Elgin. This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with two living rooms, full size kitchen and Dining room and a game room which includes pinball machine, ski ball, and a pac-man multi game machine. This is a NO animals allowed property. Contractor reservations need prior approval w/host The space This is a NO animals allowed property. Also NO smoking/vaping inside buildings property.
