The space This row home has been completely renovated, keeping some of the original details intact from 1901, including the window arches and hardwood stairs with vintage molding. There are 4 floors of comfortable amenities, bedrooms and a special, fun entertainment space! LIVING ROOM: With flat screen Smart TV which includes streaming apps and surround sound (there is no cable). KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Equipped for eating and cooking! You will find an eat-in nook and dining area with seating for 4. There is no designated parking. -This is a beach block right off of the boardwalk so parking can be limited at times. -You will be provided with a residential parking permit to use in areas that have time restricted parking signage. -$100 fee for unreturned parking permits upon check out. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. Other things to note HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Blue Anchor Estate" we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind. -Atlantic City is an urban environment and, like many cities across the U.S., it can occasionally have a lively or city-like atmosphere. This may include noise from neighbors or occasional police activity in the surrounding areas.
