The two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor connected by a spiral staircase with the 1st floor. The bedrooms can also be accessed from the internal building staircase to avoid spiral staircase. Please note, we use comforters with Duvet covers for our beds, top sheets are also available for use. Other things to note: ★ TRAVEL INSURANCE -CANCELLATIONS ★ We completely understand that travel plans can sometimes be affected by unexpected situations. While we truly empathize when circumstances beyond your control arise, we do follow the cancellation policy associated with this reservation and are unable to make exceptions for things such as family emergencies, work or contract changes, flight delays or cancellations, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events. For added peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is typically affordable and can reimburse you if your trip is impacted. ★ SECURITY CAMERA ★ Security camera/recording devices: There are 3 security cameras on the property: 2 located on the hallway in the building and 1 outside the building. All devices record when motion and/or sound is detected and are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside the apartment, only in the hallway in the building. ★ NOISE MONITORING DEVICE★ In order to prevent parties and our neighbors from excessive noise we have a noise monitoring device on the premises. The device cannot “listen” to your conversations, only monitors the decibel level. The Minut device monitors the sound levels inside the unit. Noise exceeding 80 decibels between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, or 70 decibels between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, is considered excessive and results in a violation of house rules. ★ EXTRA GUESTS★ The nightly rate covers up to 5 guests, while the unit can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6. Any guests beyond 5 are considered additional and will incur a fee of $60 per person, per night. The maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests. Visitors are not permitted at any time—day or night—without prior notice and host approval. Unauthorized extra guests or visitors will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Please be advised that occupancy is strictly limited to the guests listed on the reservation. For your safety and the safety of the building, we utilize exterior security cameras solely to monitor guest count in compliance with fire code regulations. The number of adults and children (including infants) must accurately reflect those arriving at the property. Any discrepancy between the number of guests on the reservation and those present at the property, or any occupancy exceeding the maximum permitted per unit, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
