Please note: The swing/ jungle gym located at the rear part of the backyard acreage is not operational and not for use. The red car in the images is for representation only, and doesn't come with the booking. Cleaning information: The cleaner will not use any chemicals including - "Diazinon" at reservations. There will be no toxic chemicals at the property. We aim to use herbal products safe for kids. Please note the cleaning fee does not cover the grill cleaning - if the grill is left extra dirty there will be a $50-$75 charge for grill cleaning LATE CHECKOUT If guests checkout later than checkout time of 11 am, there will be 50% fees of the nightly rate that will be enforced and additional cleaning rescheduling fees charged by cleaning team.
