Accommodating up to 4 guests, the cottage features a queen bed, a full-over-full bunk bed, and a twin-size fold-up bed. Freshly laundered pillows, blankets, sheets, and bath towels are provided for every guest. Enjoy complimentary amenities such as 4 seasonal beach badges ($220 value), Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with K-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, and essential toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and an iron/ironing board. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage, including a driveway with parking for 1 car, free street parking, 4 seasonal beach badges ($220 value), and an outdoor deck perfect for BBQs and entertaining. This cottage is located in front of another unit at the back of the property. The back deck is shared between both cottages. Other things to note ⚠️ The minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old—Families with children are warmly welcomed. This is required both by our house rules and a formal agreement with the Borough of Seaside Heights. Under Ordinance 2023-20, rentals to unsupervised minors are prohibited. If a group arrives without a parent or legal guardian, the stay will be terminated with no refund. 🚫 No third-party bookings are allowed—You may not book on behalf of someone else.
