See below for more info The space We are confident you will love staying in our Guest Cottage that was designed & built specifically as a BnB vacation rental. We are conveniently located just a few minutes off I-90 in the quaint town of St Regis, just 30 minutes from Lookout Pass Ski Resort/Route of the Hiawatha and 1 hour from Missoula! This comfy open floor plan home is the perfect place to stretch out & relax after a day of traveling or adventuring. Our Guest Cottage features INSTANT HOT WATER & radiant HEATED FLOORS. The Cottage is decorated with a collection of Black Bear art to count, custom made Montana maps for you to study & local photography to admire. It also has a dedicated WIFI connection, a large SMART TV, an assortment of games, including Cornhole & plenty of area related reading material for a little entertainment. You'll also have a fun dining area & your own in-house laundry. * FREE 18 HOLE MINIGOLF - Included with every stay! (seasonal May-Sep) * OUR BEDS - Sleep great on our new Serta iComfort Hybrid mattresses featuring Serta's cooling Carbon Fiber Memory Foam and EverCool® Fuze Gel Memory Foam. We have 3 regular Queen beds, an EZ INFLATE Queen size air mattress, and the leather couch can also be used to sleep on, if needed! PLEASE NOTE: The cottage can sleep up to 8 guests. We charge $15/person per night extra after 4 guests. The charge is for the extra used amenities, utilities, general wear and tear as well as additional laundry and cleaning. This also helps us keep the price down for smaller groups. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests on your reservation to avoid additional charges. Thank you for understanding! * FAMILY FRIENDLY - Kids love our WAFFLE STATION & are excited to rise up early in the morning to enjoy it. We provide a PACK-N-PLAY portable playpen & a HIGHCHAIR booster seat if you are traveling with babies or toddlers. You'll find some fun teddy bear plates and bowls and kid safe utensils. You'll also find some games, books, puzzles, etc. to help keep your youngsters entertained. * PETS - We are very animal friendly, however, all pets MUST be announced and pre-approved. The house is sanitized of all pet hair & dander after a pet stays, therefore we charge a pet cleaning fee of $20 per night. We have a maximum of 3 trained pets per stay. Pets cannot be left unattended inside the house unless they are in a kennel. We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture or bedding. There will be an additional fee for UNANNOUNCED or UNAPPROVED animals of $50/night. * WAFFLE BREAKFAST - We provide some fun "make-it-yourself" breakfast choices including a WAFFLE STATION with all the fixings and a double-sided waffle maker so you can make 2 large waffles at the same time! You'll find FRESH LOCAL EGGS in the fridge, and other easy to make items like instant Oatmeal packets. We also provide a selection of hot drinks such as COFFEE and creamer, apple cider, cocoa and TEAS! * AMENITIES - We provide everything you'd expect to find in a hotel, including linens, pillows, extra blankets, fresh towels & some soaps. All the bedrooms are equipped with bedside lamps and fans. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with all the basics you should need to prepare a home-cooked a meal... dishes, pots & pans, basic appliances, a few staple ingredients, etc. In the Fenced Yard you will find a 4 Person HOT TUB, a Firepit ring, Cornhole, outdoor furniture and a propane BBQ Grill. * PARKING - You will have TWO (2) regular size parking spaces next to the house (off the street), please CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING if you will require additional parking area to see if we can accommodate you. * NEIGHBORHOOD - We are in a friendly neighborhood on the outskirts of a very small and quaint rural Montana town. It's usually pretty quiet here, but you may hear children playing in their yards, ATVs and diesel trucks driving around, roosters crowing, dogs barking, church bells ringing or the sound of a train traveling through on the other side of town. On rare occasion you might even hear the volunteer fire department siren go off. If you are a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, but we don't get any complaints about noise. One of the best things about St Regis, no light pollution, so as long as there aren't too many clouds, you should have an amazingly clear & crisp view of the stars and the Milky Way at night. Guest access Full access to the entire house with off-street parking next to house. The driveway area and side yard is shared with us and another vacation rental. There is also a shared BBQ grill. We are conveniently located 1 hr northwest of Missoula or 30 miles South of Lookout Pass, Route of the Hiawatha (Idaho border). We are 1.5 hrs from Flathead Lake & less than 3 hrs to the Glacier Park entrance. Other things to note We have 2 very friendly orange cats (Tig & Ginger) that may stop by to say hello if you are outside. Please do not allow them inside the house, no matter what they say! We also have some chickens on the property... Enjoy the fresh eggs in the fridge!
