Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The Cottage is cozy, sparkling clean, all the amenities of home and more. The cottage is attached to the new Ranch House (which is expected to be complete by end of June), we do our best not to disturb guests. Cottage remains totally private. No Shared spaces - only the views. Relax in front of the inside fireplace or enjoy the crackling sound and smell of a wood burning fireplace in the outdoor pavilion . The space Beautiful custom built cottage in an amazing location. AWESOME views, clean, comfortable AND cozy. Lots of outdoor spaces. Guest access Ranch House cottage guests have full access to the outdoor fireplace pavilion, horse shoe pits, front porch and side deck. The Ranch House is a newly constructed separate living space that is attached to the cottage with a breezeway- it is completely separate and self contained. The new Ranch house addition was designed in a way to still allow complete autonomy between the 2 spaces. With its own private driveway and parking, The guests of the Ranch House do not have access to the Ranch House Cottage outdoor spaces, but have their own separate outdoor spaces. Privacy for both units was planned with our utmost care and concern for privacy with the design and finishes. Other things to note 4 minutes from Chico hot springs, 30minutes to Yellowstone Park The Ranch House Cottage has a max occupancy of 4. We are always adding great things to this cottage, outdoor fireplace pavilion, horseshoe pits, corn-hole game. The air conditioner is a mini split in the kitchen area, the concrete floors also help to cool things down in the summer (and warm things up in the winter). There is a fan in the bedroom for those that like to listen to fans to fall asleep and a ceiling fan. There is a sprinkler system that is set up on a timer. There is a cooler in the garage if you are going to have a picnic in the park. We supply the firewood for the fireplace pavilion Please note we are in the process of constructing the Ranch House addition that is attached to cottage with a breezeway. Privacy was our utmost concern with this design. No shared spaces other than the views. No construction will be going on during guests stays. And will complete and ready to accommodate guests July 2026.
