The space Escape to a refreshing New England retreat in this spacious and bright first-floor condo, located in the history-packed city of Salem. Our home thoughtfully blends modern comforts with vintage character, from the original dark wood columns to the newly updated kitchen. The open-concept living room and kitchen create a welcoming, spacious area perfect for conversation and relaxing after a day of exploring. A central hallway leads to the private bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry area. Our home comfortably sleeps your group with three distinct bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 2: Offers a king bed and a large walk-in closet, where you will also find a crib—a perfect, quiet space for a little one. Bedroom 3: A versatile room with a twin trundle bed. The lower twin can be rolled out and elevated to create two separate beds or pushed together to form a king. This room also includes a dedicated desk and workspace. You'll also have the convenience of a modern, tiled bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer for your use. Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit and the shared outdoor space. Guests may also use the outdoor seating area in the back garden that seats 6. At check in I will provide a code to enter the front door. Unless directed, the basement is strictly off limits. Other things to note October Parking: During the entire month of October, the city of Salem requires special permits for all street parking. We will provide up to two parking passes for your vehicle(s). These passes are digital and will be updated by us before you stay.
