Sunny 2 BR, 1 bath upstairs unit nestled in trees. Master with queen bed overlooks backyard, sunset views, smart TV, walk-in closet. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill, furniture, 2 outdoor showers. Living room sectional has ottoman pull out, queen bed size. Includes bed linens, towels, Beach tags and chairs. Central air, internet. The space The backyard sets this home apart. It is a beautiful quiet space for grilling or relaxing after the beach. We live in the downstairs unit so the space is shared, but we tend to hang out on our front porch and give our guests privacy. The apartment shows best in person. The rooms are separated by a hallway so it is spread out and feels larger. Someone can sleep in the master bedroom in back while others are watching TV in the living room. Window blinds are light blocking for sleep in all rooms. Other things to note Check in is 3 pm and check out is 11 am. We can be flexible on those times when it possible, so please ask if you need it. We recommend 4 quests for maximum comfort and quiet. The sectional in the living room pulls out to a queen bed for a 5th guest. Small/medium dogs are welcome and will enjoy the back yard. It is fenced on 3 sides. Street parking is always available. There is a driveway for a small car. Please, no smoking indoors.
