Upgraded 3 Bedroom with Amazing Ocean Views! Wai'ula'ula at Mauna Kea H201 - This beautifully furnished non-smoking three bedroom, three bathroom is located on the second floor and boasts many interior upgrades. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and a king bed in the third bedroom and will accommodate six guests comfortably. It is an expansive 180 degree ocean views from the large covered lanai and living room. Enjoy great outdoor spaces with ample seating, a built-in BBQ, bar and refrigerator. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Wai'ula'ula is located on the "mauka" or mountain-side slopes of the Mauna Kea Resort at the Uplands development, accessed through the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel entrance. This gated community is surrounded by the fairways of the Hapuna golf course and boasts panoramic ocean and mountain views. Built in 2006 these luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominiums and villas offer a tranquil setting for families to experience the best of the Kohala Coast. All guests who stay at Wai'ula'ula will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub and fitness room. Guests of Waiulaula Ridge H201 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $180/day in 2024 (2025 rates have yet TBD & are subject to change) + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel. Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and all associated amenities, where Wai'ula'ula H201 is located, will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections. Please contact the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel for more specific information about access during your travel dates. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm. We are available for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax on the rent and additional fees. Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
