The space This spacious 2,624 sq foot colonial sits on 2.7 Acres of land and is located in a quiet Richmond neighborhood. The open concept kitchen features a large island with bar stool seating and has doors that lead out to a full screened in porch with an additional full dining area. A formal indoor dining room is located off of the kitchen and seats 8 guests. The living room contains cozy sofas, a wood burning fireplace, and a sunlit reading nook. The washer and dryer are located in the mudroom. A dedicated office space is set up in the den that also houses a twin day bed and trundle to accommodate additional guests. There is a half bath located on the first floor. The primary bedroom features a California king bed and an attached full bath with a shower and jacuzzi. There are three more bedrooms: a queen bed, full bed, and two twin beds. There is also another full bathroom on the second floor. The finished basement houses a large open concept family room, an amazing selection of games and puzzles, and A 65" TV with soundbar for family movie nights! The backyard is partially fenced, large and private. Enjoy coffee on the back deck in the mornings overlooking the yard, and smore's in the evening at the fire pit. There are raspberries and blueberries growing on the property for guests to pick and enjoy! Drive to Jiminy Peak, Bousquet or Butternut Mountains in under 30 minutes. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, and property. Other things to note LOCATION: This home is situated in one of very few 'neighborhoods' in Richmond. The street is a large circle, perfect for walks and bike riding. The neighborhood is quiet, and houses are very spaced out from each other. PETS: Owner approval must be obtained prior to booking. Not all dogs will be approved. Dogs only, no multiples and must be fully house trained. No puppies. A pet fee of $100 required.
