COMING JUNE 2026: The home is undergoing The space Step inside to a sun-filled, open-concept home where every space invites you to slow down. The living area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, featuring a breakfast nook and work atrium, to a warm, comfortable gathering space anchored by a fireplace. Whether you're sharing a meal, working remotely for a few hours, or simply unwinding, the layout makes it easy. The dedicated entertainment room offers a fun retreat for rainy days or evening wind-downs, perfect for families and groups looking to stay in and relax together. Step outside to a freshly maintained private deck, ideal for grilling, morning coffee, or gathering around the fire pit as the sun sets over the water. From the deck, a private dock and kayaks offer direct access to the calm, motorboat-free waters of Long Bow Lake, a peaceful setting perfect for paddling, fishing, or simply sitting at the water's edge. The grounds surrounding the lake provide a quiet, natural backdrop that's rare to find, the kind of place where you actually disconnect. COMING JUNE 2026: The home is undergoing a exciting set of upgrades, including a brand-new bluestone outdoor patio (400–500 sq. ft.), a fully refreshed deck, a cinematic movie room with an 85" TV and sound system, and a Tesla EV charger on-site. Bookings from June 2026 onward will enjoy the full upgraded experience. Guest access Accessible with a smart lock. Other things to note Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash. Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow. Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control. Air conditioning: There's a total of 4 split AC units. There is one AC unit in the living-room and one unit in each of the three bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter). Water Feature: There is no life guard for the lake. Swimming is at your own risk. Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges. Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
