Please bring your own. The patio/deck It is equipped with a grill, please feel free to use it! We have outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy some outdoor time with great views to the American Dream mall. Please be aware there are a couple of steps that lead to the backyard/grass area, due to steep steps leading to grass area we do recommend to be very careful when using the steps. If you bring your pets you may walk them around the block. Trash We have trash bins on the deck, as well as on the side of the home. Parking We do provide 1 parking spot in the driveway of the home. The garage is not to be used. Only the driveway. If you have more than 1 car, you would need to street park, please message us for street parking details.
