The property has been completely renovated and is located only about a five minute walk from Ashmont T station, which is the first or last station on the red line. Extremely convenient. Guest access By far our most popular & creative unit on the property! The Boiler Room includes a queen size bed and its own private bathroom and minibar! The listing is located on the garden level and it is our most spacious unit with direct access to the outdoor patio space. The Boiler Room can be accessed via its own private entryway located at the back of the property, just across the patio bar/office. Long term guests (7+ days or more) may also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer, if needed. Please just kindly ask your host if you plan to use the washer and dryer in the unit.
