You could also grab a quick bite at the island in the kitchen, which seats 3. The fully stocked kitchen awaits the cook in the group with stainless steel appliances such as Bosch refrigerator, LG dishwasher and LG 6-burner gas oven. Next to the kitchen is the pool-table room with plenty of seating around the table or if you’d rather read a book, the den is the room for you. Both the kitchen and the den have a wood-burning fireplace to add cosines to the cool evenings. The whole first floor has large windows throughout letting in an abundance of light and offering views of the landscaped yard and the variety of birds in it. If you need some quiet time, you can head to one of the 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The spacious master bedroom hosts a king size bed with plenty of space around it and a private full bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms have a queen and two full beds. (Available in one of the closets is also a twin bed that can be set up.) These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double sink. All of the bedrooms have their own flat screen smart TV. For those of you with kids who prefer to hang out away from the adults, there is a game room with board games and jigsaw puzzles in the basement, as well as a room with a ping pong table. This home provides peaceful living in a quiet neighborhood and yet is just a short drive to shopping, whale watching and some of the finest restaurants in the area. Come escape to the Cape and you may even be lucky enough to see the Great Blue Heron or some of the many Ospreys in the area. In case of any evidence of smoking in the house, a fee of $500 will be charged. • NO parties, events or get togethers allowed. In case you disregard this rule, it will be assessed a $500 fee, plus $45 per extra guest not included in the booking, plus damages. • NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home. • No parking on lawn at anytime. No use of garage except for storage of bikes or beach gear. • All fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.
