Cute and Cozy Lake Cottage

Small cottage with lake view & access. No motorboats, pristine and quiet lake (SUPs & kayaks provided). Rare, but true, aurora borealis sitings on this lake (see pic)!. Cottage abuts the DAR State Forest, which has 15 miles of hiking (for all levels), birdwatching, and XC skiing. 25 min drive to Northampton, known as an academic, artistic, musical, and countercultural hub and home to Smith College. 30 min drive to Berkshire East Ski Resort and Stumps XC Skiing Center, others about 50 mins away. The space Two bedrooms and one bathroom in this quaint cottage across the street from Lower Highland Lake. Deeded access to the lake is a few houses down the road. The kitchen comes equipped. Peaceful and tranquil for a couple or two or a small family. There are two single mattresses up in a loft suitable for children over 10 years of age if needed. Guest access Self check-in with a code The deeded access to the lake: Facing the road from the cottage, go left, and it is right after the 6th house on the right. Other things to note No more then 4 adults at any given time.
