Perfect for friends or families. We offer an assigned parking spaces and there is plenty of parking if you need more spaces. The space There are king beds in the primary bedrooms and queen beds in the other 4 bedrooms. Each unit has a pull out sofa in the living room. The condo has an outdoor table and chairs on the balcony for you to enjoy. All bedrooms have 40" Flat screen TVs. The living rooms have a 60" TV. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire unit. Other things to note Parking lot parking available for all guests with assigned spaces. Lot is shared with other tenants in the building. Please let us know if you will be needing a pack-n-play or highchair. If you plan on bringing pets please message us before booking to discuss. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Occasionally we can offer an early check in and/or late check out but please check with us closer to your trip. It is approximately a 5-10 minute drive to City Park and the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest, a 5 minute drive to an AMC movie theater and a 10-15 minute drive to downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter.
